ECLC offers bespoke consultancy services for NGOs, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), movements, and development partners to strengthen institutional capacity.

  1. NGO Institutional Development Strategy and Change Management: We facilitate strategy review and development, strengthen organisational structures, team functioning, and leadership systems, and support change management.
  2. Learning and Capacity Strengthening: We create bespoke learning strategies, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, and support feminist leadership.
  3. Program Design and Locally Led Development: We offer expertise in designing Women’s Rights and Social Justice programs that centre on local knowledge, leadership, shifting power, feminist values, and long-term systems change.
  4. CSOs, Movements, and Networks Capacity Strengthening: We strengthen the capacity of CSOs, Movements, and Networks by working with umbrella bodies and clusters to deepen collaboration, enhance effectiveness, and increase collective capability.
  5. Facilitation and Convening: We design, deliver, and lead high-impact conferences, workshops, retreats, learning labs, and multi-stakeholder processes; we offer event design and management, report writing, copy editing, and rapporteuring services.
