People, Mindset and Environment – 3 Key Ingredients for Successful Learning

Learning requires many things to be in place for it to be successful. This week I settled on three, not sure why, but they are the three that I keep on coming back to. They are environment, people and mindset. Effective learning happens in an environment that is enabling and supportive. People are important as a lot of learning happens in that space of interaction and relationships. Finally mindset, this is about being personally prepared to open yourself up to a new experience, which can be uncomfortable, it is about a willingness to try and also change if necessary.
